1. Introduction

At Silicon Book Publishers, we deliver custom publishing services—including ghostwriting, editing, cover design, audiobook production, and book formatting—tailored specifically to your manuscript and vision.

Because our services are personalized and labor-intensive, our refund policy is designed to protect both our authors and our creative team.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before any project work has started.
  • After work begins: No refunds are issued once our team has commenced work on your project (e.g., editing, writing, design, or formatting).
  • Completed services: All delivered services (including final files for eBooks, print-ready PDFs, or audiobook masters) are non-refundable.

3. Revisions, Not Refunds

We include a set number of revision rounds in every service package (as outlined in your agreement). If you’re not satisfied with the initial deliverable, we encourage you to request revisions within the agreed scope—our team is committed to your satisfaction.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur a small fee.

4. Printed Books

Physical books are printed on-demand through third-party partners (e.g., Amazon KDP, IngramSpark). We do not accept returns or issue refunds for printed copies unless there is a verified printing defect (e.g., missing pages, misbinding).

In such rare cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We’ll coordinate a replacement at no cost.

5. Digital Products

All digital deliverables—including eBook files, cover designs, and audiobook MP3s—are final and non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created and cannot be “returned.”

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error or breach of service, please contact us immediately at support@siliconbookpublishers.com. We value your trust and will work in good faith to resolve concerns fairly.
